RACAC prepared a Master Plan for the IAP in October 1995. The Master Plan defined the objectives of the IAP, outlined a strategic approach for achieving these objectives and specified a list of essential projects that needed to be conducted. Most of these projects related to the preparation of datasets and the development of assessment criteria and analytical systems.
